I'm "raising" this topic, so as to ask to necromancy scholars a question about the amount of lost skeletons lost per battle.

As far as I can tell, you only loose a fraction of skel pool, depending on the type of fight (in PvP, I believe you loose all of them). What's about the other kind of fights? I'm especially curious about ambushing, so as to know how much skellies I'm bound to loose.
You loose 25% in non pvp fights from your skeleton reserve.
Also, skeletons from your reserve are the first to die.
whats your strategies against different faction caravans? (for lv 12-13)

Are you sure? I thought it was the contrary... If not, then there would be no point in raising skellies at the end of a fight.
any chance to win Elves-invaders {16} for lv13 min ap?
i have lose to this for several times, the recent time is closest (many lucks) but still a little gap.

The point in raising skellies at the end of a fight would only be useful if you can raise the number sufficiently high enough to recover the reserve skellies. If you can only raise up to a number that you can already recruit without the extra reserves, then you won't save those skellies, and the only point is the faster troop recovery for your next battle.

Then, I would had this advice for faster regen: on the whole, the higher the tier, the better it is to raise them. My own experience showed this, as well as logic - with max recruit, DE have ~ 400 HP, while appas have ~ 800 HP, so, raising say 200 HP of appas will raise roughly 50% of the stack, while raising appas would only raise 25% of max recruit.

So, if it is for regen, one should avoid raising skellies if something else could be raised.
Are ring of doubts worth using or not?

They are expensive but on the other hand they provide double-damages if you lucky :\

very expensive, never recommended for daily use. only for full ap gb or tournament.
is there any alternative ring choices for a lvl 9?
You might pick Rings of abdication, but I would advise going for ring of doubts if you can afford it. As for prophet ring, it is only worth for destruction build.
