No, no, no... one thief give anti-thiefs advice.
At great lvl ( 12+ ) all thieves ambush in minim AP. This is one clue - he want caravan, not one specific player. If you travel whith 0AP and lose make 1000-2500 xp and lose 30-80 gold. How many gold cost full AP? 1800-2500, so you can kill thief in one unfair battle (full VS minim AP) but lose a lot of gold (6-7 times of enrol). You are ready to spend your gold for thief? Do it, is your choice.
PS. A lot of thieves refund your money, so you can make free xp for nothing. Is good or bad to be ambushed??? |

My entering the thief guild was only to better get acquainted with the enemy. Was purely academic, for research purpose...
There is a good old saying: "If you want to defeat the beast, you have to become a beast yourself"
Who said I was going full arts? A double minAP party is enough to do the job, more fun, more safe and minimal expenditure.
And besides, in your place, I would not worry too much about my own pockets, but rather about your own neck... :)) |
