When the moderation clan needs more moderators, they will open up a recruitment period. Until then, you will have to wait. Contacting any of the forum moderators or administration to ask if you can be a moderator won't help your chances.
As nobody knows when they will next require more moderators, the best response so far is this one:When it is open, it will be announced in the forums.
