| I'd like to know what changes appear when changing fraction? I play as a necromancer, so I'd like to know for instance, if I change to knight, and than back to necro - will I still keep my skeletons from reserve? And, MOST important - if I learn necro spells, and than change fraction to for instance - elves, and learn elf spells, will I keep them both in my spell book? Do I keep talents from one fraction when changing into others?, etc. | All answers here

The features you have mentioned are faction specific. You will keep your talents and skeletons but only when playing as necromancer.
Talents will not transfer across and elves have a separate talent wheel for you to pick skills from.
The spells you have learnt will not be transferred as different factions learn different spells as outlined here.

You will need to build the required buildings in the castle to unlock access to higher level spells which will not necessarily be the same as spells you have access to as a necromancer.
Switching faction requires construction of a new castle which can be very expensive, this cost is displayed here on a fan made help site
