Hi...
Does the new rules (specially 3.15)mean that:
If i have for example 10 friends in the game, and they LIKE to play so that only i get to the top, they can send me 10,000* combat level gold every month as a gift...
I don't understand but the if rule about the transfer should be less than 30% is not there and this is also stated then somebody with high connections can get to the top of this game easily:
Higher gold = Multi faction+full enchanted weapons... who can go against that...
Am i missing something? |
the old rule about 30% is no more avaible since november 2010, so only the gift rule can apply with this formulla : 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
My question will be : Why 10 players will gift you each month? If so this will sound as financial assistance! |
| You may be within the confines of the actual transfer limits however this would no doubt be considered financial assist. This would inccur some very hefty fines or a block as I see it. |
thats exactly what i am saying... The Gift and financial assist seems to be overlapping and lots of loop holes are there... and someone can use that...
I'm, usually checking other account transfer logs specially when somebody wants to join my clan. but when i report some of them no actions is taken. it can only mean 2 things:
1- No one has checked that report
2- I am wrong and that's not an illegal transfer or financial assist.

1.5.1. The Administration has a right to cease access to the service for users whose in-game behavior is a dedicated assist to another character or group of characters.
If these players were sending you that much gold a month, that would certainly be a dedicated assist. The idea of the game is that you are able to make your own way, therefore in all "technicality", financial assist are any gifts that you receive. So when these gifts begin to add up and people find that you are getting a huge financial advantage from these players who are sending you gold all the time, of course they are going to report you.
There is no specific penalty. If you are lucky, you will be fined the amount that the players have sent you. If that happens, you don't actually lose anything because it's a way of forcing you to go back to the value of gold that you earnt yourself. However, there is always the possibility of a block. Therefore, it is more sensible to try and continue to earn your own gold in the game and not be reliant on other players for gifts. |
