The number of skeletons you have in reserve is from the skeletons you gather at the end of a won battle. You lose skeletons if you deployed extra and lost the battle.
The number you can bring per battle is determined by your Faction Level in Necromancer which follows the table here: https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=38
Under the section "Necromancy"
At your current Faction level 0, you cannot bring any skeleton reserves. Raise your faction level to 1 to be able to bring 12, and so on. |
