for 1 % enchant 2 elements need
for 10 % 30 elements
why ?
shouldnt it be 20 elements for 10%? |

No, the bigger enchantment you want the more it costs you. |

Yes, nothing said about mana. Mana is unaffected by enchants.
Those damage bonuses are given to the respective spells (fire damage to fireball spell and other related to fire, nature to raise dead and other related to nature etc etc etc) |
