In December 2010, I decided to stop playing my previous account for a while. At that time, I changed my password recovery email to an address that cannot really exist in this world, and used a very rare password.
But the question is, I forgot the new password for that account, and I could not recover the password by email. So, I wonder if there is any other way to have it back. If required, I can provide the proofs that I have really owned that account for a couple years.
Does anyone know how to contact the admin? |
You could try messaging Secretary; https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4 and lodging an appeal. However, the likelihood of you getting your account back is very slim unfortunately.
If you are going to send a message to Secretary, ensure you include all the relevant information that you can think of. |

You don't sound like the Phase I remember...and "we" played a lot together back in the day. Plus Phase knew the rules quite well, and this PhaseTrans (if it is a multi of Phase) is in violation of many game rules and is eligible to be blocked without warning:
3.10. It is allowed to create additional characters to familiarize yourself with features of other factions. Additional character must be completely independent; remember, that extrachars created for financial profiting of the main character in any way are blocked without hesitation. One player may have up to 3 characters (one main and two extras).
3.10.1. If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one. Just the line "I've got another character" or "This is an additional character" is not enough. Indication of nicknames of them all is obligatory. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked immediately.
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare/set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
Additional characters can enter the Guild using diamonds, but the TGIs and artifacts received as guild bonuses cannot be traded to other characters. We would like to remind you that additional characters only serve to get acquainted with the features of other factions
3.13.7. Additional characters are not allowed to interact with Estates in any way, i.e. buying or selling them (including betting on them on the auction), renting rooms, storing artifacts, etc.

Now things become very interesting: if PhaseTrans is the multi of Phase, (which is true and I know this for sure since I know him in real life) then he should get his main character back and nothing should be done to his main char since no rules was violated by Phase, and I think he wouldn't mind if his extra char gets blocked for this although I doubt if his char should be blocked.
However if PhaseTrans is not Phase as you doubted, then it's not an additional char then it should not be blocked =P |

| Try contacting admins (good luck with that), an IP check will verify whether it's the same person behind both accounts and may be restored, else a block is on it's way. |
Hi limustudotcom and others,
As you may find out by checking the records that "Phase" has tried multiply times to stop playing for a while. This account "PhaseTrans" was created when "Phase" was inactive. PhaseTrans first tried to reach lvl 3 to be able to say a word in a Combat. After that, PhaseTrans was mainly active after 12-26-10. That is the lastest time Phase did any battles.
Of course, I logged into Phase a couple of times after that. But I did nothing.
So, I think "Phase" did not break any rules. |

| I prove that Phasetrans is actually a multichar for Phase on behalf of the Dragon Slaughter Military clan. There are no rule violation for Phase/Phasetrans. Our clan members wanna ask the admin if he can get his accout back. Thanks. |

I know what is it like having an old account w/o password and an email provider that stopped working....however, it was another game long,long ago. |
Regardless of whether you think this is the real Phase or not, Q&H is not the place to discuss it. You have been told how you may contact admin, through secretary, so good luck with that.
Alternatively, you could wait for Arctic to return and make a request of him. I will now close this topic. |
