What is the point of it?

Yes it is. On .RU they had an event in which there was a war with a neighbouring kingdom and wizards used the earthquake spell to help destroy the wall and make gaps for infantry to get through.
I guess it's here for the future, just as the raging cyclops besiege ability has no use at the moment. |
Yes, it is to be used against structures.
So far the only structures seen are in Events. There is no use for the spell in normal gameplay. |
