These new updates are cool without any doubt...
but what about those players who have invested millions on estates?
almost every room has space in it
as players don't need to rent it any more..
has the admin planned something about it..
there were many discussions about this so called "update"
when will the admins make a general announcement? |

The estates were never worth the money the sold for.
They are mostly a symbol of success and wealth.
I think their most important use is to store artifacts and extra gold.
So, the main practical reason to have an estate has not been effected (so far).
And people do need to recuperate after losses, for ST and such. So, people will still rent some times. |

As of estates, I'm sorry to say that indeed their prices were ridiculously high. It was another kind of roulette, this one where people would get ruined for a house instead of a number, and many decided to play for it. Then again, those that can afford it have it for the pride of putting their name on the map, and that's already good.. In the end, it's just game money, not real one.
About the updates,I believe this could be the prelude to the much discussed servers fusion. |

indeed. estates are for extra inventory and show off (estate itself and trophy hall).
the faster regeneration was just a bonus |

I think you need the estate to be full for 18 years straight, than you'll get starting earning money. I doubt that many will be around to see that day. (Especially since most of the estates are not full.) |

assuming you bought the estate for 750k + 1550k for fully upgrading it. Then with full occupation;
2300000/500 = 12.6 years
But since in our server it is impossible to get 5 renters a day and you should be happy with 2 a day, it will take 5/2 * 12.6 = 31.51 years |

But seriously the estates are another method of flushing "game money" out of the game as opposed to "real money". Fair enough too. Its still a free game.
However I was surprised at the 100% recovery update although it does seem to be connected with the other updates concerning MG and XP/FSP ratios.
Players can fight more and get vastly increased XP. Players will lvl up quicker and level camping becomes far more difficult.
My only gripe is that as a reasonably active player I am a bit miffed that the 3 estate owners above me get all the renters as they are NOT (for emphasis) that active.
