| No you do not. If they choose to approve your clan, they will subtract the 40,000 gold from your account and you will be given the clan regardless of what location you are in at the time. |

If you have chosen a fantasy type name without any abusive or that kind of word. Your clan will surely be registered :)
But it may take time also. |
| All you need to do is make sure you always have enough gold to pay the final registration cost and wait for admins to get around to it. |
