you dont need opinions. all you need is verification.
your main profile had to stated your multi; so to your multi. even your multi is blocked, your multi still belong to you. hence, you cant delete the blocked id and get space for next multi.
i bet admin will never fix this because it can lead to cheater to spam multi with all those lame excuse. |

| I don't think that when you're multis get blocked you cannot create new one. What's the point of it, losing players? I believe that the only rule is not to have more than 3 accounts at the same time and state which is main and which are multis. |

GKH it's really easy.
The working rule is called common sense, and it run this way:
"play fair and you will be safe"
it resumes all that follow:
-if you respect the developpers and other players, your first action when entering a game will be to read the rules. Those explain you everything. If you don't, that means you are so full of yourself to think - *wrongly* - that you already know all about it.
So the "i didn't know so i'm not guilty" that many babies cry out there, is simply wrong.
-there is no reason to block a character that didn't break rules. So if you don't try to run them over in the name of a spelling (that is, try to interprete words to get them on your side when you perfectly know they are not), you'll be fine.
- there is no reason to restart any fourth character. No mistake is unrecoverable. Your main is there for you to enjoy the game, the other two characters only to try out other factions. Only that, so that you may discover that playing a different faction than your main one gives you a better fun. So in fact, you have no 3 characters. Only 1, plus two testing dummies. If your main suffers from roulette bankrupcy (as an example), you can just stop playing roulette and keep fighting and enrolling. At some point, you will get your money back to a decent state.
- if you got to obtain 3 blocked characters and want to restart, read my second point again.
That's all. As a matter of fact, i have no multi and still enjoy playing. Wonder why. |

Blocked characters do NOT count to the 1 main 2 multi limit if they were blocked for a reason NOT related to multiple character violations (finacial or otherwise) or through BOW.

That is up to Admin to decide. Behaviour after the Blocks helps too.
The rule I quoted covered more for the "I hate this character, I'm gonna purposely ceat with this character so I can get it blocked and create a new one" kinda situations.
Real regret for past actions restarts are allowed. |
