Basically, players purchase estates off the market from Empire, (When Empire has an auction. She has done so twice so far.) Or, from other players who have already aqcuired them. They may then upgrade their estates - As shown in the announcement listed above.
The estate makes healing and mana regeneration faster. This is its primary function for those who choose to lease a room in an estate. The owner too gets faster healing and mana regeneration. An owner may also store artifacts in their estate and display these artifacts to other players. |
