I have a doubt aboout Warlock jackboots
In its decription it says
Grants 5% magic proof.
In addition increases the initiative of the wearer by 10%.
If a barb wear this boots then his turns come 10% faster or only works after casting spells like basic sorcery? |

That means that the hero gains additional 10% initiative. It's not anyhow related to casting spells.
