I think, interviews should be started to nominate a group of players that are experienced, knowledgeable and available to become assistants to the admins.
A group of around 5 players that could bring this server into the light
This would provide a lot of power into a players hand, that is why i recommend more than one.
Arctic has done a great job, but what he has to endure as part his job would require a lot of attention and availability, this is why i think a group of around 5 players would make it a lot easier. The 5 players would make the job less of a burden and it should benefit the server as a whole |

I think they will get lots of trouble with the makers of Heroes of might and magic.

I think maybe 5 is too much, 3 big fans are just fine.
The very important factor for choosing admins assistant: such person should be player-friendly trying to make the most players happy and not ignoring others ideas, listening what others think of changes that are to happen before making them. |

If this ever was implemented, I would choose between these five players to be admin assistant because I think they are the most deserving of it:
Antos, kiskoko, china_blue99, alyna(if he/she was not blocked) and probably kusika. |
