level up your level until level 3 then complaint to secretary!

- link of player who hacked your account and why (if you know how)
- motivate your request...

there is no way, you can recover your password through your email, but if you used a fake email, forget it. You can report that it was a hack, and get the account blocked.

OMG. This does means that someone did hack through the server into your computer and did install a trojaner that this ask for your password.
You have my deepest pity. Too bad that this does happen to you, while so many scammer victims did share the same fate. How stupid must they be, that they just change their email to any email of the scammer, while you got truly hacked. |
In all the time I have played here I have never seen a REAL case of hacking.
All such threads have ultimately turn out to be where someone has shared their password often after promises of free diamonds or other such scam, sometimes it has been a group of friends who password share so that others can enroll for them until one of the group decides he would just rather take what the other person has.
Furthermore it is impossible for someone to log into your account and change your password for just one day before chaging it back again! There is a mandatory 3 day interval after changing password/email before either can be changed again.

How can you possibly arrive at the conclusion that his PC has also been hacked and that trojans have been installed? Don't try and scare people with wild theories.
If you keep your password safe (and it is hard to guess) and have a valid email address then your account will be safe. If you feel someone has somehow guessed your password then just change it. |

Lets say A and B variables can be either password or email and A can't be the same as B.
If you change A you can rechange A as many times as you want, but you won't be able to change B for 3 days since your last change on A. |

well, it is either scamming, phishing or whatever it is... but not hacking.
dont simply say it is 'hacking'; get yourself clear on this term before you use it.
