3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much.
So unless they return your loan, you will get no compensation. To avoid this situation in the future, do not give loans to other players. |
If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction.
That means that he has 3 days left to return you your money. In case if he fails to do so within that period of time, he'll be imposed a penalty of 10k (loan * 2) and you'll recieve no compensation according to:

So the punishment for unrepaid loan is loan x2?
Why was someone blocked then because of unrepaid loans? And he was unblocked without taking away the gold he "borrowed?"

| BikO123 has taken loan of 3000 gold, i gave him that much money and he told me he would give it to me in 1 hr. in the transfer log i by mistaken in the description i wrote that"return 8000 gold instead of 3000 gold"sorry for that but when i sent him a message he had put me on blacklist and sent a message that he will pay 2000gold . |

If you want to know why the admins did something in a particular case then you need to ask them. It is pointless asking in Q&H as no one here can answer for them. |
Admins never answers and moderators are always not 100% sure.
I would like to remind everyone here that players did not make the rule. Admins did. Moderators are here to somehow help clarify, in my opinion, if there are questions about the game. So im not convinced that it's pointless to ask in Q and H. If you cannot answer then move along. Maybe someone can. |
Moderators are not super beings who posses more knowledge than anyone else. They are players just like the rest of us.
No one can answer such questions except the admin who made the decision. So however much you may wish it was otherwise it IS pointless hijacking someone else's Q&H thread with such questions. |

Because the administration are free to make choices without being subverted by player opinion. If you feel it's the wrong decision, take it up with them by contacting Secretary (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4).
Otherwise, you are free to contact any player who has had this situation happen to them and ask them why they got unblocked. Of course, they do not have to answer you truthfully or at all if they wish. Nor do the administration.
