Offering loans on roulette at cost of 60% of earnings but i need 1 thing-trust
i dont do bank stuff here mind it,i invest and get returns and i lose money here too so i wont offer more than 1k without guarantee.
i read that on someone's profile
is that legal ? |
nope |
Yes, it's as if he would copy the bets of the guy he gives the loan to. |
let me clear the misunderstanding its just normal loan but i allow the receiver to bet on roulette with it on condition he wont use more than 1k of the amount in roulette and if he wins i take 60% of the earnings and if he lose i just get 1k less returned if that lone waasnt solely taken for roulette |
Still that 60% will be ur earnings from the loan and it is illegal
Its is similar to giving loans on interests... |
That falls under bookmaker activities just so you know and it is against the rules
3.21. Any banking and bookmaker activities are prohibited without exception.
Banking activities - granting loans with interest, receiving money from other players on deposit accounts, pawn shop business, insurance operations or any other bank activities. |
bookmaker Activity=bettin on who wins fight or card match or somethin like that queen_amanda just pm me definition &types of bookie activity i just dont get it |
Heh ... here's something legal you can do and have the same result :
Gift 400 gold to the guy that gets the loan. With 600 gold, play the same numbers in roulette.
Loan one thousand less gold than that he asked.
Now, unless you gift so much (gift limit), you are legal, end of story. |
stupid advice since my luck sucks >:| y do i need to gift 400gold at all its just extra OPTIONAL feature i give to those i trust.i dont put gun on their head and say play roulette. understand commerce n u know whats silly in ur advic. btw whats gift limit of my lvl? |
Stupid advice ? I just gave you a way to do what you describe as your terms of loan. If they don't play roulette, then you are legal as you don't get extra gold back, so it's even better.
Good Luck ! I can only talk with people with non-negative IQ.
Read the rules maybe ? It's two clicks away to find the gift limit. |
so what actually is the answer
yes or no ? |
to other ppl-i stop givin roulette loan so matter solved
to hallion91-do math n u find 60% of 1k x 2cube is greater than 600*2cube. and as four your "legal" advice then only a negative iq will take one from a guy who was given an epic penalty of 1mil gold so keep your "legal way" advice for ppl with single digit iq or less. good luck!
for admins-just answerin him back if uwanna just punish me then punish him as well
to others-enough said i wont even open this topic ever again |
and as four your "legal" advice then only a negative iq will take one from a guy who was given an epic penalty of 1mil gold
I'm glad you'll take my advice. I assure you it's the best you can do. |
well hallion there are many more better options for me.i think that is best advice for u :-)
on responce to mail tellin me to explain my logic
ppl think i mean placin only 1 bet of 1k but i mean placin 10 bets of 100.that way theoratically u stand more chance of winning by bettin on same dozen 10 times rather than 6 times but noone can underestimate the value of luck :) |
No. This is illegal. Loaning gold to another player and taking back 60% of what they win in roulette is interest.
i dont do bank stuff here mind it,i invest and get returns and i lose money here too
That is a bank activity! A bank gives invests in other people by giving out loans and gets returns. They lose some money too. What is described in that profile description is a bank activity, whether the player believes it or not!
You are earning money back on the loan - Therefore it is interest! There should be no need to debate about it. It is illegal.
