Brawlers has +2 ini than ursary...
Ursary can be more useful than brawlers, imo (I think they die very fast). So problaly your answer is: "yes". |

They "worse" but could be more userful than ursary on pvps, to finish targets and reach some scared archers... |
ursary is 2x2 and if you use rune of speed and you have alot of brawlers you can simply just through enemy don,t have to free 2x2 space and kill his archers and then with ursary finish him.....
