0/max durability. And an art which is 0/(max-1) can I sell them for the same amount to Empire.
If not, what is the rate of decrease |

You sell a 0/(max dur) item back at 65% item price
You sell a 0/(non-max dur) item at 65% * (Cur max dur)/(Max dur)
So the rate of decrease is 65%/(Max dur of art) |

Selling Defender shield at 0/40 durability: 3400*0.65 = 2210 gold
Selling Defender shield at 0/39 durability: 3400*0.65*(39/40) = 2154.75 gold
Prices may be slightly different depending on how much you value resources.
