My brother has a clan Infernal Mutiny. What I wanted to know is that can I join that clan? I mean we have a shared connection, that was the problem. But as far as I know, the rules restrict joining of clans only to multis, and I am a main character. Please do reply.

Which rule says I can't do so? I won't be giving it to him, I'll be giving it to be completely deposited in the clan - please note the word completely. Then what is the trouble? It will not even be financial assist then. |

This is the relevant rule:
3.8. The fact of logging multiple characters in the game from one computer must be by all means shown in the "character information" of all those characters with explanation of reason (relatives, friends, playing from a computer club etc).
Show clearly in both your profiles, that you and your brother are separate characters.

1. What actually is the difference between a multi and an additional? Are different main accounts playing from same IP called additionals?
2. Same IP transfers are best avoided I know that, but in this case, I'll be depositing the gold in the clan directly! |

So can my brother pay me the invitation fee which is common to all members of lords? No extra?

Joining the clan for free is acceptable.
However if you pay any gold directly or through 3rd party its illegal.
You break either of the two laws.

Financial assist is when I am financially assisting my brother, that is like sending gift to my brother. What I will be doing is giving donation to clan, out of which the entire thing will be deposited in the clan in full. There are mechanisms by which admins can check if my brother is using that money for himself or not. |
