We can't tell you how to do it. You have to discover it for yourself, but here is one of the most important tips I can give to you:
So the agitator creates 0.5 new settler after each turn.
The food gatherer creates 3 units of food while eats 1. Every settler eats 1 food. You cant hit zero or they all die.
The builder builds castle in case of attack he fights too. You would like to have your castle slightly built from the start because if you fail to win a battle, castle takes a hit.
And soldiers are the rest, they fight, thats all.
Note that settlers have different names, I dont remember them.
