| Yes, if any spectators are talking after a participant has asked them to stop then a keeper is likely to fine them. Though what they are saying and the quantity of comments and requests to stop may have an influence as can many other factors. |

Depends if it is a one off or if you have a stalker who joins all your battle chats to abuse or annoy you.
I tend to be not too bothered and don't think I have ever reported someone but I have also seen people take it to extremes. |
