If allowable, I would like to start a thread to track this so that RL friends of these players can tell them about it and hopefully we'll see them online again. I also would like to offer a place to consolidate characters who should be unblocked. The format can be as below with your reason stated but please refrain from personal opinions and arguments, and definitely not reasons such as "didn't know the rules" or " was hacked". I shall give an example.
Yes, the mighty "unblock button" appear rarely in the winter morning. He is available for few seconds but admins is always vigilant and not miss the moment.
