2. is there a place where we can see under which conditions we play cards in some area?
3. where we can find explanations about things we did not had before merge, like contests, what is it look like, and what are prizes for succesfull win?
4. what about text quests? are they translated also, and if they are where can we find them? |

and all other facilities, according to what they produce

except in the capital, where everything is little bit more expensive
there is no places with cheaper ressources on the map, like we had in .com? |
