| By how much does this talent increase the chance to trigger special abilities? |
I believe that it doubles your chance to trigger special abilities.
Someone explained it to me like this. If a stack of brill unis hit a stack of gaurds and the chance to blind was 10% then if you have SL talent then instead of just 1 10% chance of triggering blind you get 2 10% chances so in essence doubling your chance of special ability trigger |
| It grants one extra attempt for the ability to trigger at its current probability in case if it doesn't trigger on the first attempt. |
