| Yes you should do it. In the long run you will find that you wished you had done it to get 1k exp / 1 fsp - You do not want to miss event-type opportunities. |

Ive only done it in min AP.
Quick tournaments give me a better ratio in full arts (assuming you win 50% with full arts in QT and 100% in valentine battles) |
as long as you can win with min ap, go with that :)
after you lose with min ap, go max ap until you start losing? |
