| You can't make. Only thing you can do is sell resources to factories. They use these to make weapons which you can buy. |

facilities need material to make artifact.
if there is insufficient material, no one will be able to enroll at that particular facility thus no artifact are made.
you can buy material such as steel and leather and sell them to production facility.
usually the selling price>buying price thus you can make a little profit from this trading |
