As previously stated, the answer is yes. However, the lightning tower has 50% pierce through magic resistances so the 25% air shield of cape of winds will become 12.5% |
| Note that Air shield protects from any air elemental damage, not just those spells. Thus, if a weapon is enchanted to do some percent air damage based on its normal physical damage, 25% air shield will dampen a quarter of all the air damage part dealt by that weapon. |
