Author | 3 question about wizard please answer |
1 does sorcery talent active if we use fireball?

2 does "earthquake" give damage to wall only? or to troops near the wall?
(i never try than spell before)
3 if someone have level in wizard faction, can i piercing it with "ignore magic shield" E8A8F8W8? i'm so confuse with my magic damage to hit another wizard
thanks. sorry for my bad english :D |
1.Yep, it will work. Fireball works with all chaos spells we have avaliable at the moment.
2. Wall only, I think.
Didnt understand the third point - sorry. |
Sorcery works with all chaos talents we have avaliable at the moment* |
3 example. i have battle with another level 11 wizard with faction level 8.
its mean he have 24% resistance againts wizard and decrease my magic 24%.
so if i use piercing magic, can i piercing that 24% resistance? |
1. yes, each talent rapid the hero 10 % faster
2. not sure
3. i think you mean faction resistance, from what i know it cant pierce through it as the faction resistance work like talent barrier too, it cant be pierce by any ignorance magic. |
[Post deleted by moderator Corey // No he doesn't.] |
1. The Sorc talent increases cast rate of Hero...for any kind of spell I believe
2. I used that spell a few times and it did zero damage to troops, so I think it has no effect on anything but walls
3. If you have "ignore shield" through enchanted jewels/scroll of power it will "pierce" only a % of the opponent's magic shields/resistances. It has no effect on faction resistance though to my understanding.
Best wishes,

1. Yes it works on fireball because that is an area spell. The talent does not work on mass spells - Which we have no mass chaos spells anyway.
2. Earthquake is useless to use unless there are actual physical walls on the field.
3. No, you cannot pierce through faction resistance. It is not magic resistance, it is different. The faction resistance will not only decrease your magic by 24%, but physical attacks as well. |
Clear and perfectly correct, thank you Corey. |
