Every player has 20 - 25% drop rate.
Levels doesn't matter. Its the same for every player and all the drops are random.
May occure every 5 fight or may not occure for 20 fights and then suddenly 4 elements after each other. Random ;). |

Mercenary guild level does allow double element drop where you can get two elements on successful completion of a quest but over all drop rate of elements remain 20% (not 25%) how ever you may still complain of all your elements recieved you just got too many toadstools and abrasives but that is just luck.
As of now there is no revealed formula whether you get all elements in a fixed ratio or its just random :) so try reaching MG lvl 4 if you want to go for double element reward how ever the chance of successfully getting the second element is merely 4% but still its worth it :) (4% because 0.2*0.2 = 0.04)
