Oh yes they do.
Combat guild is for tribals and barbarians. It gives their hero abilities which they use on every turn they hit.
Magic Guild gives the remanining heroes special spells like magic arrow delay etc. which are very important if you have the gold. I suggest u buy them |
How can I buy these spells/abilities :P |
First of all u should have required gold n resources
After getting them u will see some green bordered sections n will find build option below tht
Just click on it n get ur spells :p |
You need at least 1 knowledge to be able to cast spells though, otherwise you have no mana to use your spells |

• Abilities of Barbarian characters
o Stunning blow:This special ability of barbarian characters has a stunning effect, knocking the target back by 0.2 points on the initiative bar after every successful strike.
o Swinging strike:This special ability of barbarian characters allows them to deal 50% of the normal damage to all enemy stacks surrounding the target of their direct attack. The target itself receives 100% of the damage, Stunning blow is only applied to the target.

Combat guild is for tribals and barbarians. Tribals get "chamber of ?" which unlocks rituals they don't get combat guild (or magic guild). |
