The rolls are not dependant on previous rolls. So the chance don't increase because it has not been there for a long time.
And 70 rolls is a very few amount of rolls when their is so many different outcomes, so it will happen often as other has stated. |
Even if you simplify it to just red/black or odd/even you can fairly confidently predict that whichever option you pick there will be fairly frequent occurances when you will go 70 spins without winning.
