You will probably need to very soon start using medium to high ap but try a few with less first and see how you get on.
Double ambushes are where you ambush people with a friend fighting with you. Or could also be when you catch two players in your ambush.
Re: knight class and advice, you should ask in the knight's thread in GGF.
Good luck! |
Congratulation on becoming a thief
I suggest holy knight |
Any place with mercenary guild is a good place to thieve.
I'd suggest Alt Knight at your level, since the map is huge and the bowmen will have some use of No Ranged Penalty.
Congratulations! :) |
for Lord DarkAtom:
First of all, congratz on being a thief.
1) Go with holy knight, max. brutes, swords, griffs and rest of them wardens and monks should do it.
2)Any place adjacent to MG location. I generally use Tiger's lake-peaceful camp.
You are in ungovernable steppe, steppe- eagle nest is also an ideal location to set up an ambush.
3)In the beginning try with min arts. Till TG 1 or even more. Then go for mid AP.
4)Double ambushes are profitable. Altough, they take long but give more exp and fsp per battle.
We have a knight thief topic in TG forum but since you are new so I guess you can just watch some battles to learn. |
You want to try it in min arts for as long as possible, as each time you lose, it gets easier, each time you win in gets harder. In the long run with min or max arts you'll win and lose the same amount, it's just that with max arts you'll be spending more money each fight, for the dubious benefit of having a run of wins to begin with. |
