| On Demon Caravans, sometimes the demons get Hellfire, this is not really fair considering the fact 2 hellhounds can easily kill 7 minotaurs, anyway to get around this? Sometimes i think i have a game in the bag and i lose because of 200+ extra damage dealt. |

if they shouldn't get hellfire then you shouldn't be able to use talents

to do decent damage, they need decent Spell power and some mana.
so obvious that ther physical damage is reduced.

or get a fire armor enchants
etc this may help to reduce the damage taken.
you need to kill the non gated troops fast and keep your self away from the gates. |

Gating isnt only about units, but heroes. All demon units (include dark demon units) have ability demonic, so they can make gate. But they have to be under command of hero with gating ability. And all caravan heroes are "classic" demons, so they already have gating ability. |

Yeah thts ture but it becomes very much difficult for wizards..Like say we have 50 vermins,10 nightmare n other weak units so in this caravan vermins will also perform gating..
Vermins will keep on draining n gated vermins will drain too..
If we started killing vermins with hero then nightmare n his gated one will kill all army..
Thts the main reason y i lose caravan of demons :( |
When we are here talking about Hellfire talent: can someone show me a good fight where a higher level player (lets say at least my CL 14) uses Hellfire successfull?
A long time ago (and lower CL) i saw a couple of pure magic demon builds with Hellfire but even while i love unusual builds, i wasnt impressed at how good they ve done.
Not to speak about hybrid might/magic hellfire builds which i see as not possible to play succesfull. Hope somebody can correct me here. |
Hellfire could be deadly, or useless :). All depends on luck, when and how often hellfire triggers. Sometimes you can do 500 damage with 1 gated imp and kill a lot of units, but sometimes can hellfire triggers on one weak unit with few hp.

All are automated battles, but i cant find any "classic" PvP fight. But still you can see, how effective (or ineffective) is hellfire build. You just need full arts and bit of luck if you want win. Of course, hellfire build is mostly for PvP type of fight. |
