It used to be legal to rent TGIs when you earned a TGI of your own when you reach TG:2 and TG:4.
When they changed it so that you only got your own TGI at TG:5 (1st December 2009 as shown in link in previous post), the rule was changed with the reason given that admins did not think it possible to get to TG:5 (to return TGI to lender) within 1 month.
Unless I am going blind this rule has since been removed from "General Rules" though I would still think it unlikely that leasing would be allowed and is probably just something missed during merge (please correct me if someone finds the rule). |
