You get 0 because of his combat level being higher than yours.
His necro skill doesn't matter. Only his active faction skill does. |

You are level 7.
So if you fight a level 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7 you will get their active faction minus 1 (unless yours are better ofc)
If you fight 8,9,10 or up you will gain nothing |

So it will be annoying if i chose necro then. skele recruit change will mess up constantly :L |
