Luck used to be an option for mini arts, as did magic resistance. They were removed when mini-arts became free in the first Grand Update, because they were overpowered, so it is unlikely that they would be re-applied :)

all wizard troops exclude garg and golem can equip and get benefit from morale artifact.
i have seen many high lvl use morale artifact on titan, sphnyx and genies so it is not useless.

I had 400k worth in mini arts at lvl 10 (double). Triple minis were said to be worth more than a million.

There were admin characters with 4 mini arts. Now, this is old news, so don't hope for it too much. |
