Racial skills influence**:
combat characteristics of troops of the corresponding faction, ref. to the experience table;
damage dealt to you by representatives of this very faction - every skill level decreases the damage dealt by that faction to you by 3%;
unique racial abilities.

The faction resistance has 2 stars beside it name so it ir not canceled. | characters of combat level below 3 cannot participate in trade operations, use private mail, as well as leave messages at any forum branches except “Queries and help”;***
The 3 stars refer to this comment on this page; https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=8 and do not apply to the above that you listed.
After the merge level 1s were able to send PMs to any level for a period. I think they have reverted this back to needing level 3 to send PMs. I guess they can change these rules at their own leisure. |
