i paid with my credit card, its taking too long for confirmation...

When I donated using PayPal my diamonds were available within a couple of minutes but I have also seen people post saying they still have not received them after a week.
Only thing I would suggest is to log off and then log back in again. Failing that:

Debit cards can generally be used in the same way as Credit cards - So any of the credit card options might be a good idea. Paypal is probably the best option there too.
Your payment may take a while to clear. Give 2-3 days, then do as DiN has suggested and contact either of those two players. There is also a chat online option at the bottom of the Xsolla screen, try opening that and asking them, how long will my payment take to confirm? I have done this twice and within 10 minutes someone has responded and my payments cleared :) |

If you made the payment through Xsolla platform on donate page and your payment has not processed so far, you may try contacting Xsolla help chat available at the down-left corner of the donate page. They help clear out the payment.
I am not sure about how paypal works, as I do not use it. The only thing I know about Paypal, is that it takes hell of a time and procedures to verify the Paypal account for Indian Users. But i can tell you about skrill, which i have used for diamonds using my International Visa debit card. Any Indian Bank's Debit card would work in this case with Skrill provided ,you have sufficient balance in your bank account, to clear the payment :P |

You can use your debit card information in the place they ask you to enter Credit Card details,It still works, provided you have sufficient balance on your Card/in Bank account.
You don't want to use your debit card directly in order to ensure it's safety. You can safely use it with paypal or Skrill. |
