| i was playing with my multi, he lvl 1, but i could only slip my stacks 2 times, when did this be implemented and why? |

So the battle's wouldn't take to long.
Its new and it helps to do faster battles. |

As Arcanide mentioned, it helps speed up those very low level battles where there used to be a lot of stacks of 1 in PvP etc, less painful to wait for newbies :) |
