AuthorPhantom stack atb scale placement
Whenever i summon phantom for any stack, where is the phantom stack placed on the ATB scale?
it would be my guess at exactly 1 turn later of the creature :) like with demon gating
The phantom will be placed adjecent to the original stack,
if original stack has no empty tile adjecent to it then you cannot phantom that stack.
no, it is not 1 turn. i believe it is .5 turn from when you cast summon phantom with hero. Although i'm not 100% certain, i have been playing with phantoms for quite some time and i know about when they will get their turn respective to when i cast the spell.
^ he is not asking where the phantom is placed in battle, but where it is placed on the ATB scale

it is .5 turn from when you cast summon phantom with hero
this is correct.
I can show you with the formula if you care
The placement of the phantom on the ATB-scale depends only on the initiative of the casting lord. The formula is [0.6 - (initiative/100)], thus
- If initiative of the character is standard, 10, the phantom will appear at the 0.5 point of the scale, right in the middle.
- If his initiative has been enhanced, the posotion will be closer to the "finish line".
After that, obviously, the phantom will receive its turn based on the original creature's initiative, on how "quickly" the phantom will be able to cover the remaining part of the scale.

Sorry for posting with my Alt , some Mod please delete it )

Shouldn't the formula be [0.4 + (initiative/100] , So the phantom's turn comes faster not slower when the lord's initiative is higher ?!
So the phantom's turn comes faster not slower when the lord's initiative is higher ?!
i think what you calculate is how much of its turning is remaining, going from 0 to 1. Where 0 would mean it has to wait its full initiative turn, and 1 would mean it would get its turn instantly.
So a lower number would mean the turn would come faster
*Where 1 would mean it has to wait its full initiative turn, and 0 would mean it would get its turn instantly.

but as far as i have seen the initiative of the hero is 10 and in some cases 11, which makes it from 0.50 to 0.49. So it is only a very minor difference.
Yes, that's how I meant it, going from 0 towards 1.
Anyway, an increase in the initiative of your lord you will be profitable in terms of Summon phantom, not penalizing.
