| my friend is trying to log back into his old account cant remember his password so he asks for a recovery to his email and he doesnt recieve anything? help plzz |

| If it was an old .com account there may have already been a .ru account with the same name. If so he should check again putting lord (or lady) in front of the character name as he may be trying to recover the password on another players account. |
| yes we have done that aswell and nothing has happened he doesnt mind starting again its just that of he can recover it he would like to |
