Can anyone pls tell me what are these HG Guild points we keep getting in hunts?.

It is the Hunters' guild points. After recent update, they are displayed in combat result, but they've been being awarded since your first hunt ;) That got you to HG (Hunters' guild) lvl 6 by now ;)
