i gave a 60K loan to this guy https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=1335436 he clearly is struggling to get the money back together.
now my question is simple, can i legally increase the standard time in which the loan must be returned( which i believe is 1 month) by say anouther month. without him being punished after 1 month? |

if you dont complain, he will not be punished...

In terms of game law, it is illegal. Unless he returns you the full sum and immediately re-receives it for another period, he will ge breaking rules.
However, punishment will only be served if you complain in C&A forum branch. If you are not upset with that fact and do not post discontent, he will not be prosecuted. |
