Hi,
First, I wish to thank to all the people who have responded to my noob requests.
Second, Beyond enrollment to the labor guild. Should i enroll as much as I can to the Hunter Guild and mercenaries guild? (The hunts and mercenary quests become much more challenging...).

C.S.W | Hunter guild leveling will give you more attack.
Merc guild leveling will give you +1 primary skill ever other level and chance to loot elements which you can sell for $$.

LG is always important, enroll as often as you can
HG is good to level up, but I would pass on hunt which will require expensive arts, unless you think theya re fun or you are going for an record (expensive and hard)
MG will be there waiting for you and I would personally first try to get it up when you feel they you can win comfortably with min ap. Remember only every second level give an stat bonus.
RG + TG: If you are planning to play this long term I would save up for an TGI, they are very expensive but you get your investment back in TG 5 and it is better than RG in the long run.
CG: PvP is my personal favourite in the game, but it is not for everyone. The bonus to be had is relatively small, compared to the cost.
SG + EG: I would keep way from them unless you wanna spend million of gold on something that will only bring a fraction back | | One strategy is to do the ones you can win with min ap. As you level up the ones you pass now will also become possible with min ap. | | Again, I thank you all for your fine comments. | mercenary guild is a great way to earn gold, exp, and fsp. here is a good place to look to gauge which quest you will be able to do and basically everything about the mercenary guild.
