Is it possible to hack accounts in lordswm? If we don't give out our information?
I'm asking this because I used to play an online game earlier and got hacked in there , that's why Im asking..
Since my IP is always same.. Can my account get hacked? |

Everything is possible. From what I heard even the whole HWM server was hacked once. LOL!
However, do chose a strong (difficult to guess, random) password, and follow all indications given in the rules: don't input your password into other sites promising you riches beyond dreams and whatever, as well as don't communicate it to anyone else, etc...
Although everything is possible, following the rules will make hacking your account highly unlikely. |

his account got hacked and he made a new one, but still plays in the same place, so got hacked and blocked again |

If someone could hack accounts at will they would do it to important accounts like Empire or other administration accounts, not some unimportant character.
Almost universally when people claim that they've been hacked, it really means that they have fallen for a phishing scam or something similar (keylogging, etc) where it is a fault of the player rather than the admins or the game itself.
If you were going to hack anything, why not the "Fair Game Control System" so that you can get as much money as you need without making it obvious that hacking has happened, as taking control of someones character would do.
The only way to prevent "hacking" is to take measures yourself to protect your personal information - particularly your password and email address.

That is true to a point. But some people do it just for fun. Eg- Lulzsec
This organisation hacks and attacks on websites just for "shits and giggles"
Even their motto is "Just for shits and giggles"
So when people like them exist on the internet then how come people with that mentality not play here?
