I just hit level 11, and I have upgraded ogres. I'm looking for suggestions for recruiting, talents, and playstyle for any of the three classes (for GB/CG, obviously I know what works for PvE).
You can take a look at my profile to see what I'm trying out right now. I figured that Ogre Trophy-Hunters would be pretty powerful at level 11, so I'm trying Fury barb with max of those, boars and orcs. Not sure which talents are best, and which stats to go for (all of my points right now are in Attack). |

I prefer using max boar, max rocs, max goblin archer and max orcs and last ogres in the order.
Talents prefer
battle fury
+2 hp to troops (boar and goblin)
and luck if it can take
second prefer
battle fury and cold balde
and luck.

for fury barb :
you can take max goblin arch=max orcs+ max ogre trophy hunters+ some rocs+ cyclops
i tried it and its good. this setup is also rly good in hunts if you do.
and for talents you can take advanced offence+archery+battle fury (offence is not needed rly bot they are for taking archery+battle fury talents)
and if anything left you can put on luck
but i dont prefer fury barb at all for CG because you are only lvl11 and you will always get a higher lvl in CG. so you`d better try shadow barb.
az shadow barb you dont need goblin warlocks. you can take about 20 orc shamans.
max ogre magi, max rocs+cyclops. you can split ogre magi to 2 stacks (1big stack and 1 little stack just for chastice).
and talents: ancestral shadow, expert darkness magic , mass delay,mass disruption talents.
this way you can cast mass delay , weakness , mass disruption ray, chastice.
and with ancestral shadow your ogre magi can reach tribal spirit lvl3 easily so they will be rly powerful.
i think normal barb is not very good for PvP |
min cyclops,max boars and ogres. 10 or 12 orcs and around 40 gobs :)

for RayXe:
In my opinion, stick with classic barb. Go with max hobgoblins, max orcs, and then the rest into ogres. Don't use any wolves when you use hobgoblins, and vice versa; you must pick one or the other until higher levels. |

i just wanted to know which class of barbarian is great n know more about the tatics to use while playing as a barbarian...also are boars better than raiders?? also who is better goblin archer max or orcs max?

Obviously boars are better , and max gob archers will be better if you use Battle Fury in talent
Your current talent is bad , gob archers becomes too strong due to battlefury |

in hunts wolf raiders are better tan boar riders. in mercenary guild too. but in other combats boar riders are better.
and also in your level max goblin archers are better. take battle fury and they become really powerful. |

Boars are better whenever your target has More Defense = In PvP or similar battle. Also they have 1 more speed + They don't really need retal. :)
Raiders = More hits = Good for Targets with negligible defense = More probability of Luck strikes = PvE.
Archers are good for hitting lower tier troops, while orcs higher. I find orcs better since if they survive till the end, they also have Bloodlust giving them almost +15 to +20 Attack. |
