Hi maybe a noob question.
My main faction is tribal (8) and im currently playing Barbarian faction to get that faction level up. When i switch back to tribal again will i make more damage and have more armor against barbarians at that point?.

If you switch back to tribal after being for example Barbarian faction level 3, you will have extra defense against barbarians if you face them as a tribal.
Every faction level you gain on an other faction gives you extra stats against them.
Thats why higher level players built all factions to have advantages against their most hated enemys.
For example, a knight never stands a chance against a wizard, unless he gets Antifaction by training his Wiz faction. |

Every faction level you gain on an other faction gives you extra resistance against them.
It increases by 3% per faction level. |
| Faction skill points increase your resistance to that race by 3%*fsp level. |
