Nobody knows exactly when it starts.
In the past three years it has started on the 24th. Of those Earliest start was 5am Server Time, Latest was 1pm Server time. |

Last year they split it up. Players who registered on .RU had theirs in January. Players who registered on .com had theirs in December. |

Nobody can 'guarantee' an event. Nobody can say for sure that we will get the Sphynx. All we can say is that in previous years it has happened and hope that it will happen again.
No one is reliable enough to provide an "update" of any sort. Where would they be getting their information from?
Only an administrator post or the event itself is evidence enough of it happening.
My suggestion is that everyone be patient and stop wondering whether there has been any "update" in whether we know if it will start - because there is nowhere to receive such an update. ;) |

Decoration is present also in Russian version.
Also decoration might be both on auto schedule and activated some days before the event. |
